Follow these steps on your streaming device to install the app using Downloader by AFTVnews.
Keep this page open on your phone or computer while you complete the steps on your TV device.
On your streaming device, open its app store or app search and search for Downloader. Look for Downloader by AFTVnews.
Select Download, Get, or Install. When installation finishes, open Downloader.
Highlight the URL/code box on Downloader's Home screen. Enter the code below using your remote, then choose Go.
Downloader will open the destination for the code. Follow the on-screen download instructions. If your device asks whether Downloader may install an app from this source, review the prompt and allow it only if you recognize and trust the app you are installing.
When the Android installation screen appears, choose Install. When it finishes, choose Open to launch the app or Done to return to Downloader.
Open the installed app and follow the account or sign-in information provided for your service. You can return to this Customer Portal anytime for announcements, setup help, and support.
Start a support conversation. You can continue the conversation from your Customer Dashboard.
